Bolts in the Bathtub A Newsletter for Quilting, Quilt Lovers & Friends
November, December 2014 & January 2015
The years seem to go faster & faster. How is it we are already on the verge of the
holiday season? Don’t worry there is still time to make some last minute gifts. Check
out the calendar or come in and see us for some help.
Did you know that we have the ability to store a wish list for you in our system and
print it out for those special people who shop for you? We will also wrap it up for
them! Does everyone at your house except you seem to get a stocking filled with
wonderful items? Once again this year you can get a “stocking” filled with the items
you choose. See page 3 for all the particulars of the Twelve Days of Christmas. Ho,
ho, ho!
Do you have last minute gifts you are working on and need to keep hidden? Your sew-
ing room away from home is available for use on the 20th & 21st of December. We
promise we won’t tell what you are working on.
As Thanksgiving approaches we would like to give thanks to you for allowing us to be
part of your sewing lives. You are not just customers, but friends.
l See you at the cutting table,
Dawna, Fay and the rotary crew.

These items will be announced each evening (the day before the item is discounted).
We will send a quick little email each evening around 6 pm.
To participate in the daily specials either come in each day OR call/leave a message to say
“STUFF that daily special in my STOCKING” OR
send a reply to our special email [email protected]
with your name, Phone #, the day # and the phrase stuff my stocking!
Pick just the specials you want. We must receive your order prior to the next email.
THEN starting Tuesday, December 16th thru Sunday, December 21st send Santa to pick up the “stocking”.
Santa may even decide to add a few items to the “stocking” … maybe a Bolts Gift Card, a quilt magazine,
Or a sewing machine - don’t worry - we will get a bigger stocking!

When you bring your machine in for repair, please bring the following items to help us
service it faster:
1) Bobbin and bobbin case (thread tension needs to be adjusted with your bobbin case).
2) Zigzag foot (#1) and regular, not straight stitch, throat plate.
3) Buttonhole foot, if you have a computerized machine.
4) Bring the machine in its case, along with the foot control and power cord and em-
broidery module if it has one.
