Ingredient 1 - The building needed changeThe Roundhouse needed major repairs and alterations for a new life as a

Public Performance Venue. There was:

1.No parking

2.Stepped entrance and inaccessible foyer

3.No lift

4.No accessible WC

5.Difcult auditorium access

6.No access to studio level

7.Difcult escape arrangements

The owner had a vision of The Roundhouse as a fully inclusive performance

venue with educational music studios foreveryone to use. But he needed ideas!

money but with conditions, which included Inclusive Design.
