Before you abandon a book, try this:

• Set yourself reasonable reading goals such as so many pages/chapters per day

• Listen to books on CD (Audible.com & Itunes)

• Skim through the chapters to see if it will get better

• Try another book and come back to it later. (Attitude may change!)
