Hope you open up this booklet full of joy and energy. Every time we gather for a conference, I believe we get together for a reason bigger than ourselves; our network becomes stronger towards our ambition.

Cocosur 2013 is the most important conference we have as a network. It is the conference where we CHOOSE who we want to be for now and for the next generations to come. And in this particular moment of his-tory, is where we will take a huge step towards our splitting, by CHOO-SING 2 MCPs for the last time, for a BIG AIESEC Argentina and BIG AIESEC Uruguay.

This conference is a great opportunity to keep building our ambition and belief TOGETHER in order to accomplish and fulfill our promise to gene-rate Young Leaders Protagonist of Change. Weather you are an incoming EB or an empowered TMP/TLP, you will come not to create a plan but actually to start working to turn the plan into leadership actions.

With MCEB we have a strategic plan, it is actually called doing things together :)With this I close this invitation letter, invitation to a new chance to work for a better AIESEC, a new chance to create the future we believe in.

Hope MCEB Wave can see you all in Cordoba to Challenge once again our limits and Lead action!
