About the ConferenceButwhatexactlyisNPM?

NPM is the National Presidents Meeting of AIESEC, where thelegal representativesofalltheEntitiesofAIESECinBrazilmeet,withtheobjectiveofaligningandbuildingthenationaldirectionsand analyze the results achieved of the network of AIESEC inBrazil. From the definition of new strategies for the network to

structural changes on the National Compendium, everything ismadeatNPM.Itisrealizedtwiceayear,anditguaranteesthattheorganizationalgoalsandobjectivesinourcountryarealignedwiththeAIESEC International interests. It is fundamental toevaluatetheOrganisationasawholeandtoguaranteethatthevaluesandthe essence of AIESEC are being respected and followed. It is a

momentofintensesharingofexperiences,forthepositiveideastobebroughttotheLocalComittees.

TheGrowthMeetingisaNationalConferenceofAIESECinBrazilwiththe main objective of empowering the leaders and developing theideastodeliverhigherimpact.ItsthefirstConferenceoftheyearandits most important characteristic is the opportunity to share andanalyzethefirstexperiencesof2012andbuildpositivestrategiesand

innovative ideas for the rest of the year.
