Objectives of the project The project aims to o�er the NGOs the opportunity to po-sition its brand on the city and promote its services and activities on the commu-nity through potential talents from all around the globe.

Work with communication, marketing and fundraising, to increase the visibility of the positive impact made by the NGO on the community, help the NGO to get a better management and create fundraising events. All the actions mentioned envision to leverage the growth of the organization and its brand awareness across the city.

Learning Points

Working on Smarketing means that the Exchange participant will acquire lots of di�erent skills doing marketing, mainly improving interpersonal communica-tion and abilities such as Social Respon-sibility, Proactive learning, Emotional Intelligence, Global Mindset, Leader-ship, Team Work, Online Media Mana-gement and Event Organization. It will also provide you with a Global Network, as you will be working with people from all over the globe. Also the experience be an opportunity for you to expand your cultural and academic knowledge while being in touch with Brazilian Cul-ture and working on Brazilian NGOs.
