SUGGESTED STARTING USAGE RATEPhysical Properties

Color and aroma vary according to strength and flavor. Texture ranges from a soft to firm paste depending on specific product formulation and environmental temperature.

Usage Characteristics

• Easy to mix • No grinding or pre-processing

for most applications• Heat-treated for extended shelf life

Storage & Handling

• Ship and store Amplfi at 32 to 40 degrees F.

• Packages should not be stored in direct contact with walls and/or floors.

• Typical shelf life under the above conditions is nine months, unopened; several items have three–six month shelf lives.

Minimum Order & Packaging

Standard items require a minimum order of 900 lbs; made-to-order and custom-formulated items require a 2,700 lb. minimum.

Standard packaging is 45-pound net weight, poly-lined fiber boxes. Custom packaging options are available.
