Welcome to our annual bull sale, this will be our 16th year selling bulls and we have enjoyed meeting so many cattle enthusiasts. We would like to thank all of the producers who have supported our program over the years. We are pleased to offer twenty seven yearlings and nine two year olds from AI sires and walking bulls. Many of the genetic packages we have for sale, we have working in our herd and we hope that you will find them to compliment your cowherd.

We have Open Replacement Heifers on offer again this year from the herds of David and Brenda Faucher and Twin X Ranches, Dale and Cheryl Anderson. The Faucher’s and Anderson’s would like to Thank everyone that bid on their heifers.

This year we are hosting our sale at our ranch. The bulls and heifers will be penned outside the sale barn, so you can take a look at them on the hoof prior to the sale. The pictures will be displayed on a Power Point Presentation during the sale. Please keep in mind that our facility is not heated, so dress appropriately for Saskatchewan spring weather. OPEN COMMERCIAL REPLACEMENT HEIFERS

TERMS AND CONDITIONSTERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque. Settlement to be made immediately after the completion of

the sale, payable at par to Borderland Cattle Company. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement

is made. All settlements must be with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. All monies are

in Canadian funds.

BIDDING: Each animal will sell to the highest bidder ... no by-bidding will be permitted.

DISPUTES: Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved in a dispute. If no further bid is made,

the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision on all

disputes will be final.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printer

matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to such disclosures.

BREEDERS GUARANTEE, BULLS: Should any bull (14) fourteen months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder

after being used on females known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within

(6) six months following the date of purchase or (6) six months after the bull has reached (14) fourteen months

of age. The seller will have the right of privilege of (6) six months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is

given that semen collected from the bull will freeze. In no event will the seller be responsible for more than the

purchase price. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been

sold nor for sickness not apparent at sale time.

EXCEPTION GUARANTEE: In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction

techniques after the sale, this guarantee shall be null and void.

HEALTH: All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.

LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk. Although every precaution will be taken to protect

the safety and comfort of the buyers, neither auctioneer or seller assume any responsibility in the matter and

disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between

the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall

constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties thereto are not covered by

the terms and conditions of this sale.

MAIL BIDS: Bidders unable to attend the sale may phone or mail their bids and instructions to the seller,

auctioneer or special representatives. Bids must be received in sufficient time prior to the sale.

DELIVERY: Every assistance will be given in arranging the shipping and delivery of your purchase. Instructions

for delivery must be given at the time of settlement. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon

as sold.

INSURANCE: Insurance will be available sale day.
