Research

I took 122 photo in a space of 15minutes on a Cannon 1100D

I have chosen 5 to edit and re master in Adobe Photoshop I’m happy with what I have taken, it has helped me explore

the camera and all its functions in detail, so when I go to New York I do not need to waste time learning the cameras functions. I can now go to New York with a clear mind on how to use the camera and with confidence and get fantastic shots, without any worries.

Picture 1

I have cropped out part of the sky and beach, so it gives the photo a semi panoramic feel

I’ve picked the with the maximum amount of foam in which is floating, because this gives the picture many layers which looks good

Overall I did not have to edit this photo too much because it was such a good photo, with the foam and groin in left third which follows the basic rules of photography

Picture 2

I have cropped a bit of the top and bottom of this photo so it is a wide photo.

I’ve also taken a bit off the left of the photo because I think the piece of wood looks better with it been cut a little bit.

It also looks very good with the spray coming off the groin which give the photo a bigger range of actives

Overall I like this photo because the groin being in the left 3rd, spray coming off of the groin and the foam resting on the groin in the lower part of the picture gives it more detail which looks good

The white rolling waves, are great in this photo.

I don’t like were the groin is in this photo it needs to be more to the right or left for this photo to work better.

Overall I do not like this photo I think the groin is too centralised within the photo and should be more to the left or right there is not enough going on with in the photo it is just some rough waves.

I have cropped this photo abit on the right so there was half a person on the right.

I made the lifeguard sign focus better by using the focus tool in Photoshop

I like this photo a lot because of all the different levels to it
