    To complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with a professional, please bring the following:

    Students and Parents/Guardians:

    A Federal Student Aid ID. Go to fsaid.ed.gov to create your FSA ID. Completed 2015 Federal Tax Returns (IRS 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ) 2015 W-2 Forms

    For Non-tax Filers:

    Statement of income or benefits (ex: SSDI or SSI statement, TANF statement, SNAP benefits, child support, etc.) OR a letter from a 3rd party documenting your family's financial situation (Ex: statement from homeless shelter, clergy, school counselor, etc.)

    For ALL students (if applicable):

    Social Security # If not a US Citizen, please bring your Permanent Residency Card or I-94 stamp. Drivers's License or Massachusetts ID Date of birth of your parent(s) Date of parent's marriage/divorce Investment/Asset values (not home or retirement) Bank account values (Checking and Savings)

    All students filing the FAFSA need a FSA ID. If the student is under the age of 24, a parent will also need a separate FSA ID. Both the student and the parent must apply for a FSA ID independently. YOU MAY NOT APPLY FOR A FSA ID FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Staff at the College & Career Fair can only help the individual present obtain a FSA ID. If you are a student attending without a parent, or a parent attending without a student, and would like to file the FAFSA, please make sure you file for the FSA ID prior to the fair. You can get a FSA ID at www.fsaid.ed.gov
