Your ceremony
Bosworth Hall is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and civil partnerships that cater for up to 220 guests.
There is a choice of beautful rooms with architecture datng back over 400 years. Beautful, original fre places, sash windows and elegant décor are just some ofthe features that create a romantc back drop for your vows.

For a civil ceremony, you must make your booking directly with the local registrar (Leicestershire), their contact number is: 01163 056 565.
Should you choose to have a religious ceremony, you are welcome to book directly with a church of your choice, or you are welcome to contact St Peter’s Church, a charming village church built in the 14th Century, perfect for a wedding service and is across the road from Bosworth Hall, their contact

Bosworth Lounge Licensed for a civil ceremony for up to 80 people.Ideal for dinner with close friends and family for up
to 30 people, maybe even for the night prior if youhave lots of guests staying the night before your
wedding.
Harcourt Our Harcourt Suite is ideal for your wedding
ceremony, licensed for up to 100 people. This grandroom flled with daylight is gracefully decoratedwith breath-taking views across the parkland.
Wolston Lounge The Wolston Lounge is shrouded in history andcharm. For larger partes of up to 100 guests, theoak panelled main recepton room of the old
house with its magnifcent freplace, is an elegantsetting for your ceremony. Available as a lounge
area when upgrading your drinks recepton. Ask us for more informaton.
Tollemache The most popular suite in the house. Thisdelightul wood panelled room with its own
private bar, is perfect for a wedding breakfastfor up to 100 people and evening recepton for
up to 160 people. This room is also licensed forcivil ceremonies for up to 200 people.
MarqueeIdeal for numbers between 60-110 for a sit down
meal and up to 150 for the evening recepton, thisspace is available to book from May-September.
There are beautful views of the croquet lawn. Italso contains a private bar for you and your gueststo enjoy.
Britannia Located above our leisure facilites, this room is
perfect for those big numbers of up to 200 for a sitdown wedding breakfast and numbers up to 250
for evening receptons. It even has its own kitchen!Licensed for civil ceremonies up to 220 people.

We can ofer special rates for your wedding guests to stay overnight with usand even the night prior if required. The below rates include breakfast.

Double occupancy room - £80.00
Family room (2 adults 1 child) - £100.00
Family room (2 adults 2 children) - £110.00
Upgrades to Master Suites start from £180.00 (from a Junior Suite)
Rates are per room, per night.
Rooms are held for your guests on confrmaton of your wedding.Any rooms not booked by individual guests will be released as standard, 2
months prior to your wedding date.
Terms and conditionsOfers apply to new bookings only.
All prices are based on 50 guests for the day and 100 guests for the evening, as
applicable.
Additonal guest charges are as follows:
Day guests - £75.00 Evening guests - £15.00
Please note that these prices per head are based on the original package.
Package price cannot be reduced if not having one of the items.
Supplement charges apply for upgrades.
Chair covers and sashes are for the daytme guest numbers only.
Children between 3 and 12 are charged at 50% of the adult price if dining the
same menu, the child’s menu is priced at £15.00.

Is the wedding couple included in the total number of guests?Yes, you do need to include the couple in your guest numbers.
Are we allowed to bring in our own entertainment (company or family/friend)for the drinks recepton, wedding breakfast or evening recepton?Yes, we just need to see a copy of their public liability insurance.
Are we allowed to use outside caterers?Yes, please ask for informaton about our £5,000 self-catered wedding package.
Is there a special rate for bedrooms for our guests?Yes, we ofer £65 for a single room, £80 for a double, £100 for a family room of3, and £110 for a family room of 4. Bed and breakfast, with access to the leisure
facilites during their stay.
Are we able to come in the day prior to set up?We can confrm (usually around 4 weeks prior) if the room is available the day
before, we cannot guarantee this at the tme you book.
Do all functon suites have wheelchair access?Yes, we have lif access to all levels and suites, but we can not guarantee that lif
access is available on the day.
Can our photographer come beforehand to look around?Yes, you are more than welcome to arrange that, just let us know when they are
visitng so we can advise if the room is available!
What age do you classify a child?We recommend that you provide a child’s meal from the age of 3-12. However ifyou have a younger child with a healthy appette, count them as a child! Or if you
have a teenager who is fussy, and would much prefer a child’s menu, you arewelcome to include them in your children’s menu numbers (please just be
mindful of the porton siies!)
How long can we provisionally hold a date for?The hotel can provisionally hold a date in their system for 7 days, with no
obligaton. If we have not heard from you within that tme, the date may
automatcally be released if we haven’t heard from you. Please note that we
always try and make sure we have spoken to you before releasing the date.
If we wanted to bring mini botles of alcohol for favours, would we be charged?
Yes, £1 per mini botle.

Are we able to have freworks in the evening?
Yes, they must be low-noise or silent freworks only.

Yes, however you must provide sand buckets and lighters for them. Guests are to
use them at their own risk.
Can our guests pay for drinks on card at the hotel?
Yes, in the main hotel bar but the Newgate Bar (located from the Tollemache
Suite), Britannia Bar & Marquee Bar take cash only.
If we wanted to provide our own alcohol, what would the corkage be?
£15 per botle of 750ml wine, £20 per botle of 750ml sparkling wine.
