Function Suites

Botticelli Suite Ideally sized for small intimate gatherings to weddings of 70 guests day.

Renaissance Room In keeping with renaissance style, this suite is tastefully

decorated. It incorporates its own patio which adds an exciting dimension to this classical room. This intimate suite can accommodate up to 60 guests.

La Sala Classica This magnificent suite makes a grand impression on guests, with its classical décor, French windows and its own

impressive entrance. This majestic setting is entirely self-contained and can allow for 80 to 350 guests.

- Any extra guests above the stated will be an additional £63 per person.

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of bookings:

A provisional booking can be held for 14 days after which a completed booking form must be received by the Hotel together with the appropriate deposit of £750. a Further deposit of £10.00 per person must be received six months prior to the wedding. We reserve the right to cancel in the event of this deposit not being paid. Deposits will be deducted from the final account but are not refundable or transferable in the event of a cancellation of original booking.

If we are unable to contact you due to the change of address or phone number, we reserve the right to cancel your Wedding/Function irrespective of deposits paid.

Minimum Numbers:

Minimum numbers for La Sala Classica:

(May – September) will be 90 adult guests dining on a Friday and 120 adult guests dining on a Saturday.

(October – April) will be 80 adult guests dining on a Friday and 100 adult guests dining on a Saturday

Minimum numbers for Renaissance Room and the Botticelli Suite will be 50 adult guests dining Friday or Saturday

Final numbers:

Final numbers charged for drinks and dinner is the number given to us 48 hours prior to the wedding after which time no refunds will be issued.

Catering:

Special diets catered for (although we are able to cater for most diets, please try and notify the co-ordinator in advance).

Please note we do not operate a corkage policy, all items consumed must be provided by the hotel.

Payment:

Payment of the final account is required 48hours prior to the function only by cash or Building Society Cheque, Banker’s Draft or Switch. If paying by credit card there will be a 3% surcharge.

Cancellations:

In the unfortunate event of cancellation the following charges will apply:

More than 20 weeks prior to the wedding - Loss of deposit.

Between 20-12 weeks - 40% of the total estimated price.

Between 12 weeks and 14 days - 75% of the total price.

Less than 14 days prior to the wedding - 90% of the total price.

Cancelations are not valid unless notice of cancellation is received in writing and cancellation date is of receipt by the hotel.

The prices for food and drink included within the brochure are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice.

VAT at the current rate is included. ( Should there be any VAT increase, prices are subject to increase too).

Liability:

The hotel cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended or overnight at the hotel. All items of property are left entirely at the owners own risk. Other events may occur on the same day. The hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing facilities, service, food and beverages as a result of events outside its control. The client shall be liable for any loss or damage caused , either to the property of the hotel, its patrons or any other item of property within the hotel premise by the client, sub contractor or guest of the client.
