Dear Eresa ,

Thank you very much for giving me and The Criveller Group the opportunity to earn your business. Attached is the proposal for

the bottling line that you requested. Also as requested, we have supplied some options that were based on your request. We look

forward to the time that we may present our proposal to you in person (or video) and show you some examples of how our

equipment is superior to our competition.

At Criveller, we employ more technicians per piece of equipment, than our competition, which allows for faster response times

should a issue arise. I ask that you take the above into consideration when comparing Criveller to other suppliers. Making sure

you and your team are up and running is as important to me as selling the equipment.

Thank you and look forward to working with you

Sincerely,

Jimmy Clement

SINGLE-STAGE RINSER:

This Rinser has been designed specifically for flat products such as: water, wine and, etc.

• Rinser suitable for internal rinsing of non-return glass bottles 0.75 L. (cylindrical)

• This is an external cam style of rinser (not gear revolving style)

• Clamps (grippers) are guided and controlled by an external cam. Grippers run on the cam with a plastic device thatminimize wear and tear and is noiseless

• The mechanical parts in touch with the bottle or with the rinsing liquid, such as the grip, the valve, the nozzle, are built instainless steel AISI 316.

• Some parts are made in plastic material or rubber; these materials are certified for food uses.

• Specially shaped rubber grippers assure that the bottle is hold firmly in place

• Rinser turret can be adjusted in height to accommodate different bottle height. This operation is made easy by theelectrical motor that lifts/lower the entire turret when in need

• No bottle – no spray: should a bottle be not present; the unit will not inject water thus eliminating the problem of wettingthe exterior of other bottles

• Electro-valve placed at the beginning of the injection system controls the inlet flow of the rinsing liquid.

• The treatment time is proportional to the machine speed and can be adjusted

GRAVITY FILLER WITH 9 FILLING VALVES

• Suitable for gravity or low vacuum filling into 0,75 lt. glass bottles.

• Tank, filling valves, pipes, instrumentation and all parts in touch with the filling products are built in stainless steel AISI304.

• Manual height adjustment of filling carousel.

• Product tank (bowl) complete with stainless steel butterfly valve with pneumatic operating for product flow adjustmentand controlled by minimum/maximum level probes or floater.

• The bottom of the tank (bowl) has a conical shape to facilitate the emptying of the tank and to avoid that any liquidsremains inside the bowl.

• Product feeling through AISI 304 stainless steel pipes and a rotary distributor; sections and geometry of pipes arerealized in such a way to have a constant speed and product stability.

• The filling valves are built to avoid any product leakage; they can be easily disassembled and they are equipped withspecial devices for cleaning and sterilization operations.

• Filling level adjustment by means of special washers on the filling nozzles.

• Gaskets and plastic parts touching the product are made with food grade materials

• When operating as a low-vacuum filler, the low vacuum is provided by a blower that is positioned underneath the machinebase

• Unit is designed to facilitate maintenance procedures. The components of the unit such as the filler turret, the corker/capper turret etc. Allows the operator to easily reach all the components.

Operation description:

• The bottles arriving from the rinsing turret are spaced out at machine pitch by a scroll and enter the star-wheel incorrespondence of the bottles lifting cylinders.

• Pneumatic cylinders, through compressed air, lift bottles positioning them under filling valves.

• A special sensor detects bottle presence and sends a signal of “cycle beginning” to the PLC, that, according to the pre-selected program, let the machine start the operations.

• Machine complete with air pump able to make the following operations:◦ Air aspiration into the bottle

◦ Clean gas injection to saturate bottle

◦ Eventual double-pre-evacuation

◦ Filling

◦ Final levelling with inert gas injection

• At the end of the filling phase, pneumatic piston, controlled by a cam, is lowered and places the bottle into the unloadingstar-wheel.

1-HEAD CORKING TURRET FOR APPLYING NATURAL CORKS

• Suitable to n.01 size of natural cork

• Manual mechanic device for capping-head height adjustment in order to allow extra container sizes handling.

• Large cork hopper with tumbler mechanism and feeder

• Compressing jaws for natural cork

• Jaws in hardened, round and polished stainless steel to ensure maximum life and efficiency. The jaws compression iscontrolled by a hardened steel rotary cam, specially designed to allow slow cork compression, keeping molecularstructures intact and quick insertion into the bottle neck; the minimum compression cylinder is set to a Ø 16mm.

• Chute, made of AISI 304 stainless steel .

• Stainless steel cork plunger

• All of the supports and shafts on the machine base that may come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304stainless steel.

• Vacuum, pressure gauge and all piping are included

OPTIONAL: 1-HEAD REVOLVING TURRET WITH CORKING AND SCREW CAPPING IN LUE OF SINGLE HEAD CORKER

Constructed in steel and equipped with safety devices and is suitable for inserting cork to neck level in glass bottles andAluminum caps (SCREW CAPS). The turret is revolving and allows the operator to either work with the “corking” side or the“capping” side of the turret.

• The corks travel through a descending pipe to the compression group which is made up of four steel dowels.

• The dowels press down the cap, which is inserted into the bottle opening by the appropriate sealing cover, whilst thebottle is lifted by the lifting cylinder and placed in the center of one of the star sections.

• A blowing device is installed on the dowel compression group for the immediate elimination of any dust.

• Corker includes vacuum

• Cork distribution and the closing end are excluded when there are no bottles.

• The exclusive use of anti-oxidation steel externally, rounded edges, lack of bolts and other bumps ensure easy cleaningand a possibility of total hygiene.

• When working with the screw capping head, the caps is guided by means of a descending chute (in stainless steel)

• The caps are removed from the chute automatically as the bottle is passing through

• A 4 roller head applies the proper pressure thus obtaining the threading as well as the sealing of the cap.

• Gas injection prior to capping
