Organization of the trip
• There must be an “Organizational Committee” that will spear-head the trip.
• Parents interested in letting their kid(s) go on the trip need to contact this committee.
• Committee needs to:
• Set up dates.
• Search for group’s flights quotes

• Schedule a meeting for the signing of travel documents.
• Prepare “exit” materials.
• Committee MUST be in constant communication with parents of participants
• At least a 4/1 student/chaperone ratio
