welcome you to the 2015
Bournemouth Emerging Arts Fringe
October 15th – November 1st
The Fringe is only in its second year, but
we have had an amazing response to our
call for submissions which reflects the
enthusiasm amongst artists, creatives and
organisers to be part of Bournemouth’s
largest ever multi art form festival.
We’re extremely proud to bring you this
year’s programme which represents the
diverse range of voices and disciplines that
make our community great. We hope you
enjoy what’s on offer across the borough
during October, with exhibitions, talks,
workshops, theatre, live music, poetry, a
film festival and everything in between,
there truly is something for everyone!
We would like to thank all the exceptional

prepared a remarkable series of events.
We look forward to seeing you there!

47 CITIES CONQUERED
OVER 1000 SHOWS HOSTED
The “Fight Club” of the art scene, inspired by Marvel comics
and graffiti.
Secret Walls brought global, and unparalleled live illustration
battles to the creative terrain of Shoreditch in 2006. The cool
simplicity of a monochrome palette mixed with the invigorating
effects of time constraint has proven to be a winning concept.
Today, over one thousand shows have been witnessed by the
masses in almost every continent.
Aspiring artists of all styles and backgrounds contend on the
global platform. They’re armed solely with black markers or
acrylic paint, with the challenge of filling a large canvas.

With thanks
BEAF would like to thank all those involved in
bringing this year’s Fringe to Bournemouth.
This would not have been possible without all the
dedicated volunteers, steering group members,
local businesses and organisations who have
contributed their time and energy.
We would like to give special thanks to Arts
University Bournemouth, Boscombe Arts, Coastal
BID, The Factory Studios, Red Onion Digital,
Meyrick Hall and Orbital.
