BPI EMPLOYEE WEBSITE PORTAL USER GUIDE Log-In To log-in to the BPI employee portal go to www.bpi.build/login or visit any page on the www.bpi.build website and scroll to the bottom footer and click “Employee Login”

If it is your first time logging in to the employee portal, click the “Reset/Forgot Password” link below the Sign In button. On the next screen that pops up, enter your work email address. (If you are in a position that does not have a work email, please give a personal email address to your HR Representative to set up your account.) The system will then send you an email to reset your password. If that doesn't work, contact marketing@bpi.build. Forgot Password Click the “Reset/Forgot Password” link below the Sign In button. Then, enter your work email address. It will then send You an email to reset your password. Navigating the Portal The menu on the left side and icons are identical. You can choose either way to navigate the portal.

Employee Directory This allows you to see all employee information as well as an image. You can search by name, position, or branch. If you notice information is incorrect, contact marketing@bpi.build.

BPI Bulletin The BPI Bulletin is our monthly employee company newsletter. You can look up and read all articles. You can search by month/year that the article originated.

Documents You can view and print important documents from the documents tab. For example, benefits guide, employee handbook, safety manual and much more.

Human Resources The Human Resources tab gives you access to important links you may need as an employee. Click on the logo to be directed to that resources website.

ITS Portal Clicking the ITS (Ideas Tickets Solutions) portal tab directs you to the ITS login screen. ITS provides users with a quick and efficient way to make requests for Marketing, IT Helpdesk, and to submit ideas or suggestions to BPI leadership. If you need to reset your password, click the “Forgot your Password” link or contact helpdesk@bpi.build.

CRM Clicking the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) portal will direct you to the CRM website which can also be found at diy.dmsi.com. This site is utilized by our sales and purchasing team members. Please direct any questions about the CRM to helpdesk@bpi.build.

Expense Reporting This tab directs you to the Visa Intellilink Spend Management website where those with a company credit card can log company expenses. Please contact you HR representative with questions about this software.
