Butane-Propane News (BPN) is proud to be the propane industry’s “go-to” source for in-depth

news and information since 1939. Today, BPN magazine is read by nearly 42,000 industry profes-

sionals each month* who trust its comprehensive propane-related coverage to remain up-to-date

regarding pertinent industry news and information vital to their businesses.

BPN is dedicated exclusively to the propane industry, which has been its sole focus for more than

77 years. Year-after-year, BPN consistently delivers the strongest readership among competing

publications according to third-party surveys and reputable BPA Worldwide circulation data.*

BPN remains a highly-respected autonomous source for exclusive feature articles and extensive

coverage of all aspects of the propane industry including residential, commercial, agricultural,

legal, regulatory, safety, autogas, and more.

BPN values its readers as industry partners and continually seeks ways to provide information

and services that increase opportunities for success. One example

is BPN’s Gallon Grower$ initiative that highlights products,

trends, and emerging technologies to increase gallons delivered.

Gallon Grower$ also features unique profiles of propane marketers from across the U.S. and the innovative strategies they have implemented to create new gallon opportunities from a wide spectrum of industry sectors.

With its integrated media platform, BPN provides advertisers more than 56,000 opportunities each

month to engage with owners and decision makers in the multi-billion-dollar propane industry, in the

way they prefer to access information. These include: print, BPNews.com, eHighlights newsletter,

social media, BPN Bonus Copy distribution at 20+ industry events each year, and much more.

BPN’s integrated media approach puts your message in front of the right mix of key decision makers to

achieve your marketing goals. Whether it’s generating leads, increasing brand awareness and website

traffic, or most important, growing revenue, BPN provides the target market and media services to meet your marketing objectives.

A review of BPN’s higher-than-average digital metrics make it the clear choice to achieve the highest returns on your efforts.

BPN’s Weekly Propane Newsletter provides comprehensive coverage of posted and spot prices from

virtually all major terminals and refineries across the U.S. The Weekly Propane Newsletter, with its

center spread of hundreds of pricing updates, is delivered directly to the “inbox” of subscribers each

week, or twice weekly with a Premium Subscription. It is a valuable investment that pays for itself time and again — one single pricing update, news tip, or commentary is all it takes to boost revenue!

The Weekly Propane Newsletter also provides exclusive market analysis, insightful commentary

from leading industry experts not found elsewhere, and items of interest to industry insiders.

The Weekly Propane Newsletter is also recognized as a valued and reputable source for third-

party pricing and audit documentation among companies with indexed-pricing programs.

BPN continues to invest in the accuracy of its circulation reporting by using BPA Worldwide,

the publishing industry’s premier B2B circulation auditing organization. Unlike less-vigorous

circulation auditing firms, BPA is a not-for-profit, third-party auditing organization founded in 1931. BPA sets the “gold standard” for its rigorous auditing requirements, reporting proce-

dures, and transparency. BPN is committed to providing ethical and accurate reporting, which

is why it opens its circulation records annually to the independent scrutiny of BPA. BPN

guarantees its advertisers receive the circulation and market reach claimed. Other audits are

available, but are known to permit compromises in reporting, minimal circulation file mainte-

nance, and lack of industry approved or endorsed standards. No other media audit process

is as rigorous as BPA’s, and all procedures are fully transparent. Contact BPN to learn why a

BPA Worldwide audit is superior to any other B2B publication circulation audit.

Superior Circulation & Audience Engagement

Butane-Propane News (BPN) magazine is highly respected among its nearly 13,000 monthly subscribers, two-thirds of whom are owners and decision makers in the multi-

billion-dollar propane industry, as reported by BPA Worldwide, the publishing indus-

try’s premier B2B circulation auditing organization. BPN delivers an audience of nearly

42,000 readers each month with its Pass-Along Readership rate of 2.2 people per issue.
