MissionThe mission of BPPS is to fill skill gap prevailing in Informal Sector and Unorganized Market in India. Since its incep�on, BPPS

is primarily engaged in the areas of skill development and training, development of models and teaching methodologies to

strengthen the non formal educa�on sector, services dissemina�on across semi urban and rural, all of which are aimed at

achieving an objec�ve of addressing the skill gaps per�nent to the emerging needs of a rapidly growing economy.

VisionUnder BPPS, trainees with prior experience or skills and competencies will be assessed . This will be an important step

towards recognizing the skills possessed by workers working in the informal sector and their inclusion. This will also facilitate

the process of skill upgrada�on and re-skilling of the exis�ng workforce. The focus of BPPS would be on those job-

roles/sectors in which it is most desired and it will be accompanied with a strong advocacy campaign to promote a paradigm

shi� in the labour market to make skill training to standards aspira�onal.

Bhar�ya Prodyogik Prashikshan Sansthan(BPPS) is working under the aegis of skill development program formulated by

Government of India. BPPS has been formulated with the coopera�on in the form of Registra�on in Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Ministry

of Labor and Employment, Govt. of India. This body has been facilitated with Copyright Office in the domain of a professional

ins�tute ruled by Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Govt of India. The Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises,

Govt of India has given us the registra�on as an Aadhaar Memorandum to ensure quality services in Small and medium Scale

Industries in rural and semi urban areas. All India Informa�on Technology, has been associated with BPPS for IT Literacy and “Digital

India” campaign. BPPS has been Cer�fied as an NBQP Member with Quality Council of India for its promo�on as a Professional

Ins�tute providing skill training as per the norms and guidelines followed by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship,

Govt. of India. Bhar�ya Prodyogik Prashikshan Sansthan (BPPS) has been endorsed with Collabora�ve training program with

Govt. Ins�tu�on governed by Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of INDIA.

About Us About Us

The “Skill India” mission which has been started by

Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi

and Shri Pratap Singh Rudy, Ministry of Skill Development

& Entrepreneurship has been implemented with the help

of various kinds of Projects, Schemes run by different

government departments .To accomplish this mission

successfully the work has been segmented into Councils,

Training Partners & Assessment Partners.

BPPS takes care of Voca�onal Training centers

(VTC) and the students ge�ng trained in those centers. In

the survey of these centers it was found that , a�er the

comple�on of training VTC don't issue a diploma/

cer�ficate to the trained candidate which does not

recognize the candidate .These prac�ces are

implemented due to lack of awareness in the society. In

this Context, BPPS has taken ini�a�ve of filling this skill

gap. Bhar�ya Prodyogik Prashikshan Sansthan has

launched Scheme named “Skil l Assessment &

Cer�fica�on Project”.

How BPPS Works Skill Assessment &Certication Project

The Project is based on the principle of

Recogni�on of Prior Learning. In this Project, the

candidate who has undergone any voca�onal

training across the country under the guidance

of a trainer will get Assessed and Cer�fied by

BPPS. The Process has been further categorized

into different Levels. BPPS will authorize the

Ins�tu�ons as Zonal Coordinators (ZC) and

Individuals as Ins�tu�onal Member(IM) to pace

the Scheme.

Through a policy driven approach we have waged a war against poverty and we have

to win this war. India's youth is not happy simply asking for things. He or she wants to

live with pride and dignity. I believe Indian youth has immense talent, they just want

opportuni�es," Modi said.

The Prime Minister said that each poor, underprivileged youth was a soldier

in this war. "This mission is not limited to skill, we have linked entrepreneurship to it,"

the prime minister said. "And the demographic dividend India is proud of, it's

guarantee lies with skill and trained manpower," he said.

"I call upon the nation to take a pledge to make India

the skill capital of the world."

There is a significant demand for skilled manpower for handling so�ware, infrastructure and services in industries. There is also a shortage of manpower to provide IT training in schools, private computer ins�tutes and industries. The IT-skilled-manpower shortage remains a problem for the all markets, Keeping this in mind, 'BPPS' has proposed the diploma in computer applica�on program.

With computer technology constantly changing, operators must be adaptable and willing to learn. This program prepares every student for any entry level role such as a computer support person in business or organiza�ons where people rely on computers to complete the works.
