BECOME A “FRIEND OF BRYANSTON PRIMARY SCHOOL”

Bryanston Primary is currently in the process of revamping the caretaker’s cottage at the front gate, by turning it into a multipurpose sports pavilion! Mr Botha invites you leave a long-lasting contribution to the school, by assisting with the fitment of this exciting new facility.

How can you contribute?• For a donation of R200 or more, your child’s handprint and/or family name will go onto the “Friends of Bryanston

Primary” wall in the pavilion

• For amounts above R500, you can have your family name on a plaque on a specific item (from list below) alone, or shared with 1 or 2 others depending on value of item.

Items required for the Pavilion:• Indoor Tables

• Indoor chairs

• Outdoor seating: weatherproof tables and chairs- probably 5 sets

• Umbrellas/ swing umbrellas from roof

• Toilet Roll dispensers

• Disposable Hand Towel dispensers

• First Aid beds

• Benches for change room

• Printed photos (BPS sport)/artworks and frames

• 1 x urn

• 1 x Kettle

• 1 x Microwave

• 1 x gas stove – double plate and 2 gas bottles

• 1 x coffee machine

• Cutlery, crockery

• Floor tiles per square metre

• Blinds for bathrooms and change rooms

• Clear plastic Blinds for closing off openings on front patio in windy weather

• Or EFT: Bryanston Primary School, Standard Bank Fourways Crossing Branch (Code 009953), Account: 023385103, REFERENCE: Surname, Grade, Class, Pavilion. (The reference for Finance to allocate the money to the pavilion account not school fees.)

• Your children will be given time later in the term to do their hand painting.

Large contribution - more than R200If you wish to donate a larger sum toward having a family name on a plaque on a specific item of furniture, please liaise with Lorienne Barnard on [email protected] regarding how much you would like to donate and the BFC will look at the items you interested in. Payment options would be the same as above.
