  • We do not o er a certi cate or any other form of accreditation for completing one of our courses. We stand behind the quality of our product and want all of our students to leave happy and empowered. In the case that things dont work out, here are some things you should know:

    TUITION DEPOSIT

    Upon acceptance into the program, we take a non-refundable deposit to secure your seat in the class. For part-time courses, the tuition deposit is $150 and for full-time it is $500.

    FINANCING OPTION(S)

    After paying your deposit you have two options when paying the remainder of your tuition;

    1. The remainder of your tuition is paid two weeks prior to the course start date,

    2. The remainder of your tuition is paid in three instalments, the rst is paid two weeks prior to the start date of the course, the second is paid before week three begins and the third is paid before week seven begins. For part-time courses the nancing option is +$100 and for full-time its +$300.

    *All prices dont include applicable taxes

    DISCOUNTS

    The only o er that can be combined with others is our referral discount of $250 o per student, this has no cap. All other discounts can not be combined with others. Only the largest of the discounts will be applied to your remaining tuition cost.

  • REFUNDS

    Sometimes things come up, we get it. We have created a simple refund policy for our courses

    1. The initial deposit is non refundable, this holds your spot in the course.

    2. If you request a refund before the third week begins you will be refunded all but 1/3 of your tuition.

    **Refund requests made after the third class unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

    OWNERSHIP AND USE OF BRAINSTATION CONTENT

    BrainStation or its suppliers own all that we create or make available to you as part of our Services. You have a limited license and right to use such content only for your own personal use and only in association with using our Services. BrainStation Services include content such as the following: images, design and branding features, text, video, images, logos, templates software and software code, data, audio and video les and other such content in digital and other for-mats, which is made available on our web site, in our course materials, and on the Internet and is collectively referred to as BrainStation Content. All BrainStation Content is in its components and as a compilation the copyright property of BrainStation and is protected under applicable copyright, trade-mark and other laws.

    FAQHOW MANY STUDENTS ARE IN EACH CLASS?

    Small class sizes result in more interaction between students and teachers. A low student to teacher ratio

    ensures that our students get the attention that is needed for project based learning.

    ARE COMPUTERS PROVIDED?

    BrainStation courses are BYOL (bring your own laptop). This allows you to complete

    homework in the comfort of your own home and to become comfortable with your machine to continue your

    learning beyond completion of the course.

    DO YOU OFFER ANY ACCREDITATION OR CERTIFICATE UPON COURSE COMPLETION?

    We do not o er any accreditation or certi cate. We are focused on helping students achieve a mastery of skills

    they need to learn. We do not assign grades or hand out pieces of paper.

    CAN I JUST LEARN ON MY OWN?

    Ultimately people are social learners, there is nothing that can substitute a classroom of students as eager

    to learn as yourself. It may take you years to learn something on your own without proper guidance.

    At BrainStation we have industry experts that condense years of learning into a matter of weeks and

    resources to support you beyond graduation as well!

    All of our course pages indicate the minimum requirements we expect students to have before classes start.

    We realize that every student is starting at a di erent point so weve created an educational model that is

    exible enough to accommodate everyone.

    WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT FOR ONE OF YOUR COURSES?

    The time commitment for each course varies depending on the concepts and material we are covering.

    There is no magical number because each student learns at their own pace. Our recommendation is to spend

    as much time as possible practicing and applying the skills you learn to real projects but we understand that

    everyone has other commitments. We work with every student to help them manage the workload and

    ensure success.
