Pavilion design:Find designer to design UNIQLO pavilion. The pavilion will be moved to all the locations all over the world, so the building must be easy to move and install.
Inside the Pavilion:Inside the pavilion there will have different sections for runway shows, exhibitions, stores and bar. The style will follow UNIQLO’s fashion style, be clean and simple.
Design the poster, advertisement, invitation card and all the things will be needed during the event.
Graphic design:
Communication and PR Part1.Use social medias to let people know about the event and the details.
2.Invite famous people as a guest for the event.
3.Make posters on the streets and advertisements on magazines
An online Logo and poster design competition for young designers. Design a Logo for the fashion tour and posters for each location. The winner's work will be use during the event.

PRESS CONFERENCEHold a press conference before the fashion tour event.
PREPARINGPrepare the fashion shows, stores, exhibitions and parties during the event. Include settle down the theme of party and guest list, hire waiters and securities and so on.
