• Develop and test a Case for Campaign support tied to parish objectives
• Build consensus around the Campaign among key leaders, top prospects, and community members
• Assess internal fundraising readiness
• Develop an understanding of potential financial support for the
Campaign
• Determine an ambitious and achievable fundraising goal
• Identify core Campaign volunteer leaders
• Begin to set prospective donors’ sights
• Identify any potential barriers to Campaign implementation
• Determine the Campaign structure, timetable, and budget

Subsequent Phases of Work

• Estimated Project Fee: $48,000 – $72,000
• Project fees are based on per diem rate of $800.
