Chain of Custody Standard, thus ensuring full traceability. Our meat is free-range and high welfare and supplied by JS Smith Butchers Ltd of Enfield. Up until the early Seventies the kitchen gardens of Ponsbourne supplied all the needs of the House and we have begun to replant again so that we can

use our own seasonal and fresh vegetables and fruit once more.
