Vision

Problem● In a world trying to address emissions reduction and avoid traffic Problem,

the growth of car sharing companies and ride services like Uber, ZipCar,GetAround, Lyft and others is exponential. But no vehicles where designedto provide this service in an efficient and cost effective way.

● This industry lacks a system of interconnected electric vehicles that: candrive themselves from the end of a ride to the beginning of the next one,can make around 350 miles per day maintaining performance for a 5 yearperiod, are able to be fully charged in a short period of time, are easy tobe repaired in a crash situation and are easy to clean.

Business Model• Supply electric vehicle integrated systems to service providers in the market

like Uber, Get Around, Lyft, zip Car and others like university and corporatecampuses, as well as military bases and underserved communities.

• Be responsible for maintenance and system updates.

• Create system pilot projects around the country in order to proof the conceptand be able to expand sales.

• Continue to prototype other developments created to complete publictransportation integration with clean and efficient vehicles.

Our Solution● Provide an integrated transportation system including high efficiency public● vehicles into a full geographic coverage attending service, satisfying demand

over last mile need.● Manufacture developed public transportation electric vehicles with the following

characteristics: low weight, low energy use, high efficiency and economic energystorage capacity, driver less ready technology installed, communicationintegration system, energy generation devices to serve amenities, lowmaintenance and easy interior cleaning.

● Use silicon graphene battery technology in combination with induction fastcharge energy supply.

● Manufacture vehicle structures with high tech composite materialsguaranteeing low weight.

Technology• We integrate in an innovative way, proven: materials, parts and systems from

aerospace, energy and automotive industries.

• A unique design system had been created and proven to reduce car makingdevelopment from 160 million to 2.5 million and time from an average of 6years to only 2 years.

• Silicon Graphene batteries, high tech composites, aerospace avionics, state ofthe art sensors and performance measurable driver less software are part of aninternational effort, leaded by our company.

Marketing and Sales• As our clients list is related to the new sustainable transportation industry,

creating pilots to be shown and collect data for use statistics and costrecords is fundamental.

• This pilots should focus on institutions with internal people movement likeuniversities, military bases and corporative campuses, as these are alsoimportant in our clients base.

• Sales should be expanded over direct contact to these type of clientsdescribed in the Business Model, trying to expand pilots to be able to showand demonstrate.

Competition• Our competition is car makers.• They are still trying to get adapted to the electric world, figuring out how is

this new world of designing vehicles with electric drive logic.• Their business Model is still focused on selling vehicles to individuals, so

their designs are done with the same business logic than their previousinternal combustion motor models.

• Integrated fleet systems isn’t in their radar right now…• But they are powerful and big, which also means slow, good for us.

Status and Timeline• We are ready to face the last stage of working prototypes, homologations

and system testing. We count with certified budgets from suppliers and alldevelopments done, between 4 to 6 months for having a working prototype;which will allow us to make the last corrections in the direction ofhomologate the vehicle as a street legal car.

• The production of NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles) pre-series can startabout 30 days from Prototype presentation (about 7 months from funding).

• Sales will start with prototype presentation, for later delivery.

• High scale production (5,000 per year) will begin after full homologationobtained as a street legal car, about 24 months from this stage beginning.

Summary and Call to Action• A high efficient vehicle, with zero emissions and low footprint is needed to

attend the Sustainable Transportation demand to cover last mile services.• Our Rod On covers all the needs and delivers driver less technology thinking
