• Local Productive Arrangements (APL) are agglomerations of companies, located in the same territory, possessing specialization and maintain interaction, coordination, cooperation and learning among themselves and with other local institutions such as government, associations, banks, credit institutions, teaching and research
• Broader view, but they are also called productive systems or clusters

Promoting Awareness Meeting in clusters selected in the State to induce the preparation of Production Development Plans.
Monitoring the development of PDP.
Receive and consider the PDP of the selected clusters.
Promote evaluation meetings of PDP at the state level.
Articulate state solutions to the demands of the selected clusters.
Presenting GTP APL demands that can be solved at the federal level.
Track, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the actions of PD.

Brasil Mais Produtivo
The "Brasil Mais Produtivo” was designed in partnership with SDCI/MDIC, CNI/ SENAI, Apex-Brasil e ABDI, using the methodology "Indústria + Produtiva”, from CNI/SENAI.
Program of consultancy, with quick lean manufacturing interventions , low cost, that aims to expressive productivity gains in SME.
Allies the increase of productivity in Brazilian companies and local development.
First phase: 3.000 companies; 77 APLs; from Food and Beverages, Metal Mechanics; Fashion; Furniture Industry Sectors.

Parcial Result.:
Launched in April 2016; 3.407 companies applied;
More than 900 companies being attended in all states ;
More than 400 trained consulters;
Results of the first completed sample: medium increase
of 56,5% of productivity.
