Breakfast sessions are included in the registration cost for participants staying at Cypress Lakes Resort. The cost of breakfast for those not staying at Cypress Lakes Resort is AUD 30. The Conference Secretariat will contact you directly to confirm the additional cost once registered.

Registration Cancellation PolicyIf notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Secretariat prior to 11 February 2014, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation Cancellation PolicyThere is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (01) night’s accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled.
