Safety Precautions
Concert Seating: Seating will be limited due to social distancing precautions set in place by the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Season ticket holders will receive assigned seats to our events on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, all seat preferences cannot be guaranteed. Previous seats for season ticket holders will not be
utilized this year. We will return to those assigned seats in future seasons.
Digital Concert Broadcast: This season we are offering tickets to our live performances as well as digital broadcast passes to view our performances from the safety of your own home. Each purchased concert pass is good for one performance view and can be used per household. Digital broadcasts will be streamed approximately one week after the concert date and will
remain live for 72 hours.
Face masks are a requirement for everyone who enters the building. All guests will need to have masks on properly prior to entering the building and will be asked to wear them through the entirety of their visit. When worn properly, the mask should be
covering both mouth and nose.
Guests will be asked to maintain a safe social distance of at least 6 feet within the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts when working with or encountering personnel,
visitors, and other patrons.
Guests will be seated in socially distanced parties within the hall. Season ticket holders will have pre-assigned seats. Single ticket holders will be sat first come, first
served. Single ticket holders will have staggered entry into the venue
Temperature checks have been instituted for everyone who enters the building. Please refrain from entering and attending a concert if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 15 days: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory
symptoms.
Concerts this season have been slightly shortened in length and will be performed without intermission in order to minimize contact between guests. There are designated lobby restrooms for use within the RiverCenter. All water fountains have
been disabled until further notice. Concessions will not be sold.
