HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To express interest in any of the terraces or luxury apartment units in Breezewood

Court, you should

a) Request a subscription form from the vendor

b) Complete all the required fields, attach a passport photograph and submit to

the vendor, the vendor can also make arrangements to pick up your completed

forms from your offices, or you could do a drop off at the 6B, Bendel Close off

Bishop Aboyade Cole , Victoria Island Lagos.

c) Subscribers are advised to review the investment guide carefully to determine

the LTV mortgage amount they qualify for and also to know the percentage

equity contribution that will be required at mortgage

d) Subscribers are advised to send a mail to [email protected], and cc

[email protected] or call 07038120960 if any clarification is

required

e) Once completed, the subscriber is advised to write a bank draft or personal

cheque in his or her name for 10% of the value of the preferred house type

and submit same with the application form.

f) Upon the review of the completed forms to the satisfaction of the vendor and

the agent, a complete set of mortgage account opening forms will be

forwarded to the subscriber to fill out and set up his/her mortgage account.

g) Two copies of a sales and purchase agreement will also be forwarded to the

subscriber for endorsement, it is in this document that the detailed terms of

reference will be specified, and by endorsing this agreement, the subscriber

also authorizes the bank to move the deposit from his/her account to the bank

escrow account, where it will remain, yielding interest till the home is delivered.

h) At completion of construction, the vendor will issue a deed of assignment and

a registered survey in favor of the subscriber, hand same over to the bank who

now settles account with the vendor while the subscriber takes over the

property based on the terms of mortgage.

i) For subscribers who are self employed and may not be able to meet the terms

and conditions of mortgage, you can contact us via telephone or email to

discuss your unique circumstance so that we can design a payment plan

suitable to your lifestyle.

j) For those subscribers who are interested in floating and flipping their homes in

the open market, Roy Davis Realty will take the listing and help subscriber put

the property in the market for a 5% brokerage fee
