We took the decision to present this property differently.
Because it is different. Usually we'd allow our slide show
of photos to walk you through as if you were walking
through the property yourselves. Because this is so very
different, in style and contempo, we thought we'd mix
and match both features and rooms to enhance the
entertainment value this genuinely 'lush' home radiates. So
don't be taken in by the considerably standard bungalow
appearance in our first shot - but rather be taken by its
definite non-standard interior. This is luxurious, engaging
space; fun and sophisticated too. Brilliant...
It reminds us of a high - end holiday villa; destination
wherever your dreams take you. For the accommodation
flows so effortlessly and yet there's plenty of it too.
(Mental note for those of you down sizing - this move
would be a smooth move).
Study the floor plan below and see for yourselves. And of
course we are bound to say that the rooms offer a sense
of versatility. As in three bedrooms, easily become four,
whilst leaving ample entertaining space.
And that, in our view, is an essential consideration, for this
home was built for entertaining, for sure. Take a look in
particular at the open plan kitchen; its lower level
'whatever' space; its chic colour combo; the lighting
display....its absolutely 'everything'. Party goes on, outside
world unnoticed. To us, it is a really, really special place;
the very best of family 'hubs'.
And post party? relax in the rear sitting room, open the
doors onto the south facing and totally private rear
garden; better still retire to the sumptuous Four Season
Hotel styled master suite and enjoy the last of the sunset...
So, not surprisingly, we digress. That's to say we've been
diverted by all this fabulousness and totally great feeling
this property resonates and so far ignored to mention the
quality of all sorts. From the extensive and seemingly
tactile integrated kitchen system, to the enviable en suite
and separate walk in wardrobe facility to one bedroom
and then onto better than best of master bedroom
suites...But here we stop. You have just got to come and
take a first hand look. We just ask that you are in a
position to buy or have at least discussed your buying
ability with us first, and for that we would thank you.
And yes for all our hyberbole you might expect more
text,to follow with maybe even more photos. Honestly
though, sometimes it is better to discover the extras first
hand.
