Welcome to Brent! This small, remote community on the shores of Cedar Lake has existed since at least the 1840s. During Brent’s long history it has been a major centre of activity for logging companies, the railway, Park Rangers and visitors to Algonquin Park.
To learn more about Brent’s colourful past, visit the five panels shown on this map by following the markers along the historical trail.
Bienvenue à Brent ! Cette petite collectivité éloignée située au bord du lac Cedar existe depuis au moins les années 1840.
