Brewers Minor League Report Sunday, May 10, 2015 Yesterday’s Record 1-3 - Overall Record 49-68 News & Notes Player of the Day Yesterday’s (unofficial) organizational player of the day was Timber Rattlers’ 1B David Denson. The La Puente, California native (renowned for The Donut Hole went 2-for-4 with 2 R, and 2 2B yesterday. Denson was drafted in the 15th round of the 2013 June Draft from South Hills High School. Pitcher of the Day Yesterday’s (unofficial) organizational pitcher of the day was Shuckers’ LHP Mike Strong. The Afton, Minnesota native (pop. 2,886) tossed two perfect frames yesterday, with two strikeouts. He lowered his ERA to 1.88 (14.1ip, 3er) on the season. He is holding right-handed batters to a .091 BAA (2-22) this season. Strong was drafted in the 10th round of the 2011 June Draft from Oklahoma State University.
