The brewery view room is an open space room with a modern industrial feel that can be set up to suit any style of function. With lift access for guests with a disability it means that anyone can attend.

Freight Music and entertainment: Any live entertainment must be approved by the manager. Generally we do not allow live entertainment due to the impact on the rest of the venue. Acoustic music may be allowed, however time restrictions and noise constraints may be enforced.
BYO Policy: No food or drink may be brought into the function under any circumstances, celebrations cake are the only exception. We can provide the required cutlery and crockery for this.
Damages and Cleaning:
any damages caused by their guests to the hotel. If extra cleaning is required this will also be charged to the organisers.
Final numbers and menu choices: Menu choices must be submitted 14 days prior to the

Payment and deposit: A $500 deposit is required to secure the function booking accompanied by a signed terms and conditions sheet. This will come off your total bill at the conclusion of the function. A function will be considered tentative until the deposit is paid. Tentative functions will only be held for 7 days, if during this stage another inquiry comes for the
non-refundable unless function is cancelled 6 months in advance.
Security: Security is mandatory for all 21st functions. Also for all functions with greater than 90 people. The charge is $250, and this covers from 8pm – 12pm.
Decorations: We can provide all linen and cutlery required for all functions occasions. Any other decorations must be approved by a manager before being put up. No sprinkles or party poppers are permitted under any circumstances. A cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
Guest Property: All care will be taken to ensure guest property remains safe, however freight will not be held responsible for theft or damage to guest property.
