Staff Nurse working with clients with Polysubstance drug addiction. The role involved attending team meetings to review and plan the delivery of care and services with a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, counsellors, social workers and outreach community workers. It also involved assessing client needs and progress as well as providing access to multi-disciplinary services and ensuring best quality delivery of care.
