The story of the Ladurée macaronstarts in the middle of the 20th century

with Pierre Desfontaines, Louis Ernest Ladurée’s second cousin,

who first thought of taking two macaron shells and joining them with a delicious

ganache filling.Since then, the recipe has not changed.

VeraWangpourLaduréecakeswillbeavailable forspecialorderthroughout2018; individualcakeswillretailfor$20and fullsizedcakeswillretailat$20perguest (minimum 40 guests). Themacarons are limited editionwhile stock lasts, andwillbe available infoursizes:boxofsix ($21),smallcubeof45($166),mediumcubeof80($275),andalargecubeof125($425).

The fake base and cone are covered with a royal icing of different colors : vanilla, rose, coffee or chocolate depending on the selection of macaron flavors.

Pyramids range from 20 to 370 macarons

In order to maintain a harmonious color scheme for the pyramid, a maximum of 4

macaron flavors can be chosen.

Pyramids are made with a fake base and cone decorated with an ivory royal icing.
