Otherwise known as “An Ordinance Establishing the Carmona Community e-Center in the Municipality of Carmona, Cavite Regulating its Operation, and for Other Purposes.”
Executive Order No.11 Series of
2010 Integrating the Katsumi Onda Computer Literacy Center as primary program under the Carmona Community e-Center and appointing a CeC Manager and Assistant CeC Manager.

CARMONA CeC - VISION AND MISSION
VISION
A premier and demand-driven Community e-Center that
provides ICT knowledge where local constituents are
equipped with ICT capacities to cope with rapid technology
development. MISSION
To make ICT knowledge accessible to the various sectors
of the community through a demand-driven approach of
providing free ICT literacy trainings and services, and shared
efforts of the community stakeholders and partner sectors.

“Dahil sa libreng Autocad training ng Katsumi Onda Computer Literacy Center, mabilis akong nagkaroon ng trabaho. After ng Autocad Training, ang center na ang nghanap ng trabaho para sa akin. Ako ay natanggap agad sa ONDA Group of Companies bilang AUTOCAD draftsman. At dahil dito nabago ang buhay ko financially at nakatulong ako sa family ko.”

“Dahil sa E-Library, natuto magkompyuter ang mga anak ko kasi kung ako ang tatanungin, wala talaga akong alam sa kompyuter. Talagang anlaking tulong kasi wala din naman kami pantustos sa pangkompyuter nila, e sa E-library, libre lng. Malapit lang siya sa amin kaya lalakarin lang. Kampante ako kapag nagpapaalam ung anak ko na sa E-Library siya pupunta.”
