The BriefBrand a curator and artist so this can be utilised throughout their professional freelance area of their practice.

ConceptThe concept for the logo comes from the idea that artists sign their work so others know who it is by. I created a digital version of Emily’s name using her own handwriting in order to link to this concept. SpecificationsBusiness cards: matt coated card

Letterheads and compliment slips:Bulky newsprint

Business cardsEmily wanted to have her name on the front of the business card because this links back to the idea of signing the work. The colour varying on each business card was a nice touch to link the hand writing to the image as each colour is actually taken from the individual images. The back of the business card is quite simple because the front is so high impact.

Letterheads and compliment slipsThe design for these elements is quite simple due to the nature of them and them being mass produced typically. There are six different designs based on logo colours from the business card for both the letterheads and compliment slips. It’s a subtle touch but makes the whole project link together well and these elements more visually exciting.

Tumblr bannerEmily uses tumblr to document the majority of her practice so I created a banner for this using her logo in order to link this to the rest of her branding.
