DESCRIPTION
Two briefing notes, dated for March 2013 to the commissioner of the Canada Revenue Agency, outlining the National Audit Trail System project and the Identity and Access Management project. The briefing note says the NATS "seeks to improve the Agency's ability to capture and monitor employee's transactions once they have been granted the right to access taxpayer and confidential information by means of an information technology application." The IAM project, which has four phases — the first of two having been completed by May 31, 2013 — will be fully implemented by 2016 and control who has access to what systems.TRANSCRIPT
