Happy Hour bar is open from 6pm in the Renaissance Suite for you and your guests to start the night off, before enjoying a 3 course festive meal including half a bottle of house wine. After dinner our resident DJ gets you in the mood for our headline tribute act with the party finishing at 1am.

Our glamorous Black & White party nights are back by popular demand in 2018.

A Happy Hour bar is available from 6pm until 7:45pm in the Renaissance Suite with our new resident DJ getting you in the party and festive mood. Dinner is served from 8pm in our Atrium, Library Terrace and Promenade Lounge with ½ a bottle of house wine included per person. After dinner, guests are invited to hit the dance floor in the lower level Renaissance disco and bar until 1am.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of enquiring, space will be provisionally held for 5 working days from the date of enquiry.3. A deposit of £10.00 per person (£20.00 for Christmas Day) will be required within 7 days of confirming in writing that you wish to confirm your party. If confirming from 9th November 2018 full pre-payment will be required within 7 days. 4. Please note all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Full payment for Christmas Party Nights will be required by Friday 23rd November 2018 together with details of menu choices, special dietary requirements and drink pre-orders. For Christmas Day Lunch and Boxing Day Brunch full pre-payment is required by Friday 7th December 2018. 6. Deposit payments and full payments will be required by credit/debit card or via BACS. No individual payments will be accepted and it is the responsibility of the organiser to arrange payment. 7. The hotel reserves the right to release provisional bookings at any time, if no update has been received and other clients are ready to confirm. 8. A booking confirmation will be sent to the organiser after receipt of the non-refundable deposit. There will also be terms and conditions attached, which the organiser needs to sign and return via email, to confirm that the T&Cs have been read and understood. Menu choices and dietary requirements should also be returned electronically, by completing the Christmas menu choice spreadsheet which will accompany your confirmation. No individual menu choices will be accepted.9. Any increase in numbers is subject to availability and no changes to menu pre-orders can be made once menu choices have been submitted. Any name changes will be allowed 7 days prior to the event date, however menu choice changes will not be possible as name place cards and table plans will have been sent to be printed. 10. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together where possible. Oval tables of 10 guests will be in use for the majority of functions, and please note if you group is under 10 guests, cruise style seating may be applied. For groups over 12, a seating plan will be required. We will advise how your group will be seated in November. All seating areas are subject to availability. Final numbers and requests on seating preferences and locations can be made and whilst every effort will be made to meet your request we are unable to guarantee. Please advise on confirmation if any of your party have special requirements i.e. wheelchair access or have limited mobility. 11. All wine on the inclusive packages is based on house red and white wine. A 50/50 split will be made unless specified, please note wine is served in full bottles and we are unable to offer half bottles. 12. Cloakroom facilities will be provided for each event and details will be confirmed within our confirmation letter sent to the organiser to pass to all guests once final details have been confirmed. 13. Car Parking is available adjacent to the hotel in The Lanes car park. The Lanes is owned and operated by Brighton Council. For guests staying overnight, a special discounted rate of £20.00 per 24 hour period or part thereof is available, payable directly to the hotel reception prior to departure. For guests attending evening events, special discounted rates apply after 6pm. There is lift access into the hotel from the Lanes car park Levels 2 and 4.14. In the event of a party night not reaching the minimum number to make the event fun and viable, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the night. In this event we will offer you a choice of alternative date or arrange a full refund of monies paid.
