EN The In-Moulding tech is the process in fusing a PC shell to an internal EPS
shell. By fusing the 2 shells, this kind of helmet is reinforced in crucial areas
around vents, resulting in light, cool and tough helmets.
IT Tecnologia In-Moulding tech sviluppata attraverso la fusione di una calotta
in PC e una in EPS. Grazie alla fusione delle due calotte, questo tipo di casco
è rinforzato in alcune aree cruciali attorno ai fori di ventilazione e risulta
estremamente leggero.

Kalotte erstand. Dank der Verschmelzung dieser 2 kalotten ist dieser Helm in

and have been successfully tested using European standards for impact and
scratch resistance and by athletes in extreme- sport situations. The Thrama
system is based on the fundamental concept of transmittance, that is on light
selection filtering techniques aimed at drastically reducing visual noise (diffused

various patterns and colors, and are all based on the fundamental concepts of
selective light filtration, increase of contrasts and image definition, as well as

THE MATERIALS
POLYCARBONATE Is a thermoplastic resin and the lens is manufactured by
pouring the material into metal moulds at high pressures and temperatures.
It has excellent anti-impact properties which make it ideal for sports and
industrial uses.
The high resilience and high refractive index of Polycarbonate compared to other
materials are the reasons for the growth and popularity. Thus, polycarbonate
is perfectly suited for use in dual eye applications, masks, shields and rames
with high base curves or complex designs.
NYLON This light and fashionable material is the response to eyeglass
manufacturers of the fashion sector. Moreover, due to enhanced flexibility,
Nylon is an excellent choice for difficult lens cuts as tensions and “cracking”
can be reduced in some frame designs. Lenses are manufactured by injection
moulding and, like polycarbonate, are covered by an anti-scratch coating to
improve their resistance to abrasion.

low transmittance (5%) that protects the eyes from dama-ging ultraviolet
radiations. Available in two different versions: mirrored Blue and Bronze on
a Gray basecolor, these lenses maintain contrast without altering colors so
that the eyes do not tire, even when usedfor a long period of time.
