HOSTED TOKENIZATION

Hosted Tokenization allows you to accept payments within your custom solution without handling sensitive card data directly. Customers looking to purchase from your website input their sensitive data into key fields that are hosted on the Moneris Gateway. All of the sensitive data is directly swapped for a token that you can use as needed to complete the customer’s purchase. With this option you will also have the ability to customize the checkout experience to your brand.

TOKENIZATION & VAULT

Tokenization is the process of replacing sensitive credit card information with a unique identifier called a token. This online payment feature helps to increase payment security and reduce the risk of transmitting vulnerable credit card data.

The Vault is a secure storage space used by Moneris merchants to store customer tokens. This helps ensure a high level of security for every online transaction you make through the Moneris Gateway.

FRAUD TOOLS

Protecting you and your customers is our number one priority. That’s why we offer additional security and protection against fraud to give your customers confidence while shopping and you peace of mind while you grow your business. Some key features include 3D Secure (Verified by Visa® (VbV), MasterCard SecureCode®, Card Verification Value (CVV), and Address Verification Service (AVS).

Credit card declines happen. But that shouldn’t affect your business cash flow. With MasterCard’s Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) and the Visa Account Updater (VAU), cardholder account information is kept up to date when a card is reported lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

LEVEL 2/3 DATA

Partner with your corporate customers to help them track how their money is spent. With our Level 2/3 data feature, your customers’ corporate purchasing card’s monthly statement can now include more descriptive details such as item SKU numbers and quantities, useful for reconciliation and expense reporting.
