Participation in UpClose with ABC Global Services is limited to organizations participating in the ABC Premier Hotel Program or Preferred Partners Program, in good standing and at the discretion of ABC Global Services. Space is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. l hereby state that as an authorized representative for said organization, the organization represents that it is fully authorized to extend to ABC Global Services this confirmation of participation. ln consideration of acceptance of said features and publication in any printed and/or electronic ABC Global Services marketing collateral, organization will indemnify and save harmless ABC Global Services against all loss, liability, damage and expense of any nature arising out of the copying, printing, and/or publishing of its information and resulting from any claims or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, unfair competition, intentional or negligent affliction or emotional distress, and/or copyright and/or trademark infringement. Organization agrees not to hold ABC Global Services liable for errors and recognizes that ABC Global Services reserves the right to limit the amount of information published at the publisher’s discretion.
Participation cancelled more than 60 days before the event is fully refundable. Participation cancelled 59 to 8 days before the event will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Participation cancelled 7 or fewer days before the event will be subject to full participation fees. The organization agrees to pay participation fees to ABC Global Services within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
