What is Soya Lecithin oil?

Soya Lecithin oil is a homogenized balanced mixture of oil and Lecithin, which, is more

acceptable of choline. It is an approval Product by major giants of the industry. At present

time, it is successfully used by the number of big companies in India Benefits of using Soya

lecithin Oil (Broilers, Layers & Breeders)

1. It ensures excellent digestibility of fat and energy because it acts as a natural Emulsifier

absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins

2. It has been specially developed for use in energy-rich feed mixtures for poultry.

3. Excellent binding of dust. Lecithin oil is having anti-oxidant property.

4. It acts as energy supplies, energy concentrates, fat & protein Enrichment

5. It helps as a physiological agent and aids in palletizing

6. It increases the egg mass & production. Decrease feed dust. Improves feed efficiency

7. It is having more unsaturated fatty acid which are easy to digest as comparison saturated fatty which are higher in

percentage palm based oils.

8. Lecithin oil is regarded as a growth promoter; addition of it in poultry feeds improves the growth and feed conversion

ratios.

9. Lecithin oil is also a rich source of inositol and choline. Infact, lecithin oil is also known as phosphatidyl choline. In

Animal Feeding, Lecithin was being used as a Choline source even before synthetic choline chloride was available.

10. The usage of Lecithin oil in the Poultry prevents the birds from fattening of Liver, helps in faster recovery from illness,

increases survival rate & promotes growth.

APPLICATION : Entire food industries need it for improvement of quality & increment of proteins like Biscuits, Bakery, Confectionary, Ice-Cone/ wafer Key Roles of Our “Soya Lecithin” in below Products are as under-

(A) BISCUIT GRADE : G It reduces the need of fats to about 20% to 25% in Biscuits. The shining

of Biscuits remains the same, till reducing the fats, Percentage. G It increases the Shelf life of Biscuits.

G It improves The Flavor/taste of Biscuits. G It removes the rough surface of Biscuit. G It increase the

shining and decency of Biscuits G It increases the softness of the Biscuits In brief it is comes out that “Our lecithin here works as excellent Emulsifier” for biscuits production.

(B) CONFECTIONARY GRADE : G It initially mix batches of confectionery hard-boiled & chocolates

G Save from dryness to the batches of confectionery color will we improved. G Our lecithin

greatly reduces the enabling particles of the chocolate. G Sugar and milk products to be coated, improving flow and mixing ability. In other words “our lecithin works as excellent viscosity Modifier” typical usage levels are 0.2%-0.6% of total product weight.

G

General Advantages:-1. High purity improves quality of Aqua Feeds. 2. Due to low acidity value is increases life of Aqua-Feeds.3. Reduces fish oil consumption and due to this the production cost goes down. 4. It works as a Emulsifier and Shining agent for Aqua –Feeds. A use of it does lessen the moisturization of the product hence it is easy to store.

General Advantages:-1. More productive milch breeds demand high energy during lactation period. So it acts as energy supplies.2. It increases the milk fat as well as milk production. It increases the palatability of the feeds.3. It reduces the chance of infertility, loss of weight, ketosis, and lower milk production bia optimal energy supply. 4. Long chain fatty acids (Linoleic, Linolenic, Palmitic acids) are used for the milk fat Synthesis. These fatty acids adsorbed on to particles in the rumen where they are hydrogenated by microbes and absorbed only from the intestine which increases fat percentage in the milk. 5. It improves the absorption of fat soluble vitamins and other nutrients.

(D) ICE CONE WAFER GRADE : Our R&D has introduced a new product of Soya Lecithin for Ice- Cones/ Wafers. The product is very good improving agents for the quality of Ice-Cones/Wafers. The

main Characteristics of the product is to improve the overall quality of products like as- G It maintain

high quality of product G It resistance to moisture in product G It stops crack ness in products G It improve the shapes of products. Within preventing miniaturization it minimizes crack ness of cones/ Wafers.

(E) BAKERY GRADE : For Improving all over quality like as : Product life, Shining, Softness, Protein test & Flavor. For reducing all over cost of products through reducing the consumption of sugar, fat, labor, baking time
