Susan is a member of the Geert Hofstede Consortium in Groningen and holds a double master in International Communication from Leeds Beckett University, UK and Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, The Netherlands specializing in Developmental Communication. She also holds a certificate in Advanced Writing and Reporting Skill (AWARES) from the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Jos.

With about 15 years of experience in the professional media industry starting as a researcher, reporter and presenter at NTA 2 Channel 5 Victoria Island Lagos, and then producing humanitarian stories for The 700 Club and Operation Blessing International, she has honed a keen interest for telling developmental stories. With her insight in documentary scriptwriting, voiceover delivery and presentation skills, Susan remains an invaluable member of the team.

Michael is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His passion for Television and Film production led him twenty years ago to join the Christian Broadcasting Network, one of the world’s leading Television Networks. In CBN, he trained in various areas of TV and Film production including Producing, Directing, Videography, Location and Studio Sound Production, and Video Postproduction (Editing and Graphics). It is in Video and Sound Postproduction that Michael Echoi really stands out.

Michael’s goal is to always leave a mark of excellence on every production task he undertakes. His works have won him several International awards of excellence. He is also a highly sort after trainer in Video and Sound Postproduction.

After obtaining a law degree and his call to bar in 1993, Kelechi decided to settle into full-time studio art in pursuit of his passion. He is internationally renown both for his photography and paintings. His unique style and mastery of aesthetics and creative lighting in his paintings have been reinvented in his photography to create understanding, dynamic and result oriented art for his clients. His clients include: MTN Nigeria Plc, Guiness Nigeria Plc, PZ Nigeria Plc, Forbes Magazine, The Ford Foundation. etc. Kelechi will reverse-engineer some of his popular works during the training in order to teach the steps, techniques and ingenuity in his excellent deliveries.

Linus is a Nigerian leadership consultant, author and the president and founder of Guardians of the Nation International(GOTNI), a nonprofit leadership development organization, based in Abuja, Nigeria.

He is a conference speaker and a regular guest in many print media, radio, and television platforms across Nigeria. He is the radio and TV host of "The Leadership Clinic." Okorie is an Alumnus of International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP). He holds a master's degree on Organizational Leadership from Regent University, USA.

LINUS OKORIE

An English graduate from the University of Ibadan, Dayo has become a world-class brand in the events management, hospitality, tourism and entertainment industries. She had a stint at the Abuja Sheraton Hotel and the (then) Nicon Hilton Hotel, Abuja where she served both in the Sales and Marketing Department and the Public Relations Department of both hotels. She is the Managing Director/COO of Doxa Conference Management Bureau / Doxa Digital Nigeria Ltd. Her company is a complete corporate brand that is tested and proven in the place of total conference coordination and event management for prestigious occasions and ceremonies of various government, social, diplomatic and corporate references.

Ikechi is very passionate about media, technology, creativity and innovation. He has organised, facilitated and attended numerous workshops and seminars around media, leadership and sustainable development spheres. His working experience with the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) as Associate producer for 700 Club Nigeria, exposed him to the professional ethics of media production he is currently engaging. He is the founder of Frontline Media Academy and also the CEO of Frontline Media Group. He has over 15 years of experience in several aspects of professional media practice.

Pastor Shola is the Serving Overseer of the Lighthouse Ministries International. He is a multifaceted and dynamic Pastor with a cutting edge teaching ministry that has impacted many lives. He has a strong passion for truth, excellence and integrity. Pastor Shola is also the CEO of Petra Multimedia Technologies, a multimedia company, which has revolutionized the media industry in the city of Kaduna. He is currently the Pastor of The Lighthouse Church in Abuja.

Daniel Bwala, Esq. MCIArb, (UK), LLM (UK), is a Legal Practitioner, a Notary Public, Author, Adjunct Lecturer, Arbitrator, Public Speaker, Resource Person and Regulatory Consultant. He was admitted to practice in England and Wales, by the Honourable Society of the Lincolns Inn, London. He bagged his LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, and equally obtained his LLM in International Business Law from Coventry University, UK. etc.

D.H. Bwala is a member of professional bodies and associations such as the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); Honourable Society of the Lincolns Inn, London; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (MCIArb); London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); British Nigeria Law Forum (BNLF). He has consulted for both national and international organizations such as the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).

In 2013 he founded a law firm known as Bwala & Co (Crystal Chambers), Abuja, Nigeria, offering legal services as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
