SUMMER READING CLUB FEATURED PERFORMERS MILLER & MIKE The energy that Otis Miller and Mike Lorenz bring to their performances is amazing, combining circus skills and audience participation with good clean comedy! Miller & Mike have performed all over the U.S. and beyond, including the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, MTV, The Today Show, Extreme Makeover and the Travel Channel. DOC RON The Weird Science Show is the brainchild of Ron Lindberg (aka “Rondini,” aka “Doc Ron”), an award winning entertainer and former elementary school teacher from Appleton, Wisconsin! Ron has been performing as a professional magician since 1977. In 2004, he began to put together a wacky science show in which he could share his love of science and “other geeky stuff.” RANDY PETERSON Randy Peterson is an award winning children’s musician and has been a local favorite for years! Randy’s show this year, Rockin’ Round the Universe, will be an uplifting musical trip through the solar system! Randy’s home base is in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but he travels regionally and nationally for hundreds of concerts, festivals and workshops every year. THE MAMMOTH HUNTER Sean Sullivan from Colossal Fossils will educate and entertain audiences with his alter ego, The Mammoth Hunter! Sean will talk about life in the Ice Age, including the people and giant animals from that time period, plus glaciers and the changing landscape. Sean’s program will be 100% hands-on, allowing audiences to touch exhibit items that include mammoth tusks, bear skulls and more! JIM LENZ Jim Lenz (aka “The Magic and Science Guy”) presents a Comedy Science Show that combines humor, science and audience participation into one zany and unforgettable experience! Jim is a talented science communicator that breaks down complex science concepts into easier-to-understand nuggets. Jim’s show includes a bunch of cool science experiments with a few twists of magic! TOM PEASE Tom Pease returns to rock the library this summer with another of his catchy and energetic performances! DOC RONThe Weird Science Show is the brainchild of Ron Lindberg →
