COL. UMESH JOSH, B.E (Civil), MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

COL. UMESH JOSH, graduate in Civil Engineering from BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, has acquired more than 40 years of extensive experience in the field of Roads, Highways, Commercial, Residential Buildings, Industrial Plants and other Infrastructure Projects of different magnitude. He started his career as Highway Engineer and gradually excelled in the capacity of Team Leader, Senior Highway Engineer and Project Coordinator for several high-value projects.

Col. Josh has worked in various Roads and Highways Improvement Projects under International Programme Assistance of World Bank, Asian Development Bank and African Development Bank. He has played an active role in the designing development of four laning and six- laning of several corridors of Golden Quadrangle and NSEW.

He has also worked in various Building Projects and played an active role in planning, design and supervision of Structural design, foundation, superstructure, internal, external finishing and development work of multi storied Commercial and residential structures etc. He is well worked with latest tools and techniques of structural analysis and design components having in-depth knowledge of relevant codes of modern design practices.

Throughout his career Col. Josh has carried out several activities involving feasibility, preliminary & detailed geometric design of roads and structure planning & design of complexes, construction management, quality control and quality assurance.

He has been instrumental in providing guidance, leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams to achieve objectives of the projects of various nature.

Backed by his extensive and vast experience and engineering knowledge, he has been instrumental in creation of this company on the sole vision of making it a generic name for engineering consultancy. Mr. Ishwar Singh Goel is a Post Graduate in Highway Engineering & B.Sc(Civil Engineering) and having more than 44 years professional experience in highway sector and has worked as Team Leader, Senior Highway Engineer/ Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer/ Sub-Divisional Engineer in a number of highway / expressway projects including 4/6/8 laning, dealing with planning designing , project preparation and construction supervision, some of which funded by ADB / world Bank. He is well versed with FIDIC and DBFOT conditions of contract. He has also good knowledge of National and International specifications, standards and design codes of practice for roads. Mr. Saroj Kumar is a Graduate Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of professional experience. Has extensive experience in conducting tests on soils and materials regularly at specified frequency, Review the test results of bore holes, quarry and borrow area material to find out their strength characteristics and suitability for using them in construction. Review the quality assurance aspect of the construction works and supervising the setting – up of contractor’s rock crushers and bituminous mixing plants to ensure that the specified requirements for such equipments are fully met and they are capable to delivering quality products. MR. G.C. DAS has about 26 years experience in the field of Pavement Engineering in design, construction and maintenance of flexible and rigid pavement. Mr. Das has been responsible for design, development and planning for improvement of both National Highways and State Highways. Mr. G. C. Das has acquired immense knowledge in soil investigation, pavement design and was directly associated with work of modern bituminous construction through Hot-Mix plants on NH-6.

Mr. Lokesh Kumar Tyagi is a Post Graduate in Structural Engineering with commanding track record of more than 16 years in design of Expressway/Highway, Elevated Road, Bridge, Flyover, Viaducts , Subways/Underpasses and other structures with about 12 years experience as Sr. Bridge Design Engineer and in similar capacity for Several Bridges and Highway Projects funded by World bank, ADB and other National & International agencies..

He has been responsible for several types of bridges including pre-cast prestressed M, T and U beams, post-tensioned I-girder, voided slabs both reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete box-girder, bridges curved in plan for urban interchanges.
