On behalf of Broken Arrow Public Schools, I look forward to welcoming you to our campus for Thursday night’s football game between the Broken Arrow Tigers and the Edmond Santa Fe Wolves.

Included in this packet is information that will assist you with your visit to Broken Arrow. You will find contact information, a facility guide, parking locations and other information that will assist you the evening of the game. I have included directions as part of this letter.

Please share with your fans that tickets to each of Broken Arrow’s varsity football games are now available for purchase online at https://gofan.co/app/events/65316. Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults.

This game will be streamed at ArrowVision.tv and broadcast on 97.1 FM The Sports Animal.

Directions form Edmond Santa FeTake Kilpatrick Turnpike until it becomes I-44 E (Turner Turnpike). Stay on I-44 until you merge onto OK-51 E via EXIT 231 toward Muskogee/Broken Arrow/US-169. Take the Kenosha St exit. Turn left onto East Kenosha St. Turn left onto S 193rd East Ave. The stadium will be a mile north at the corner of 193rd E. Ave (22nd Street in BA) and 61st Street (Albany in BA).

A 1-Minute Media Timeout will be included in each quarter. That timeout will generally be after the first score. A “Redhat” will be on the field during those timeouts.

Broken Arrow Tigers vs. Edmond Santa Fe Wolves at Memorial Stadium Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019 – Kickoff at 7 p.m.

Ticket booths and stadium gates open at 5:30 p.m. – Edmond Santa Fe fans and staff will purchase tickets at the Visitor Ticket Booth located in the southwest corner of Memorial Stadium. Edmond Santa Fe fans will enter the field at the Visitor Entrance located in the southwest corner of Memorial Stadium.

Admission: $7 for adults and $5 for studentsTickets are available through https://gofan.co/app/events/65316Seating and Bus Parking - Please see maps on the following two pages.

No signs, banners or flags by students/fans allowed – Cheerleaders may hold up small letters or signs. You may have a banner and/or flags, helmet or tunnel for the team to run through at the beginning of the game or run flags when you score – otherwise only permanent signs, banners, and/or flags that are a part of the stadium may be displayed.

Edmond Santa Fe fans will sit on the east side of the stadium in Sections L, M & N Edmond Santa Fe band will sit in the east side of the stadium in Section O Edmond Santa Fe students will sit on the east side of the stadium in Section K Edmond Santa Fe football team will use the northwest locker room under the home side of the stadium, the east team bench, and warm-up on the north end of the field Edmond Santa Fe football team will enter the field through the northwest gate for pre-game warmup Edmond Santa Fe will need to set up their game entry helmet or tunnel in the northeast corner of the field

Edmond Santa Fe band buses will park in the bus lane on the west side of the indoor practice facility and part of the bus loop on the north side of the high school campus. Band will enter through the double gates in the southwest corner of the stadium. Edmond Santa Fe spirit teams will park in the bus loop on the north side of the high school campus Edmond Santa Fe football team and equipment trucks will park in the grass lot on the north side of Lot A in front of the high school campus Event staff will be available to help direct

Edmond Santa Fe patrons using the OCA or OSSAA pass may use the Visitor Ticket Booth Entrance (southwest corner) to enter the stadium and sit in general admission seats.

Press Box Layout and Information

Credentials are required for Press Box access. School officials, please call Kelly Childress at 918-259-5900 or email kchildress@baschools.org to request Press Box, Field and All-Access credentials by Wednesday the week of the game. All media requests should be emailed to scowen@baschools.org. We will put your name on a pass list and issue credentials at the appropriate gates. For media parking, enter off Albany through the gate that leads directly into the stadium (see map on previous page).

Visiting radio and visiting streaming crew will share the visiting radio booth.

Emergency Exits are located on the North and South ends of the Press Box.

A Press Box Manager will be available for all varsity football games.

Referee Mic and Field Mic Frequencies: 471.450 & 476.725Please adjust your game frequencies so they do not conflict with these.
