Background
A top-ranked, rapidly growing, full-service Investment Bank sought DSI's expertise in designing a new Commission Compensation System to support their institutional sales teams and to give sales management greater insights and latitude in focusing the sales effort. DSI produced a client/server system that processes sales transactions in real-time, calculates commission compensation income based on customizable criteria, and supports Sales Management by producing a daily reconciliation to plan.
