Intern will be responsible for cohesively integrating context across multiple platforms such as web, film, print, audio, and live events.

1. Start a Facebook group and invite your prospects to join the group.
2. ‘Preferred Peeps’
3. Post Real Estate articles, local news, and upcoming events 2 -3 times per week.

1. Monitor your Facebook and other social media pages at least once per day. Use a social media feed manager such as Nutshell Mail to make this task easier.
2. Comment on posts / respond to comments. Let people know that you are listening.
3. Send custom birthday greetings. Separate yourself from everyone else! Find a YouTube video or create your own.4. Do not use social media to air your dirty laundry.

1. Host on YouTube and share via email with your agents.
2. Post in recruiting group if appropriate.
3. Share with “A” list if appropriate.
