Tran Anh Hung, LL.M, Attorney at Law

Mr. Tran Anh Hung is a co-founder and Managing Partner of BROSS & PARTNERS. Mr. Hung has over 11 years of experience in advising and practicing law in Vietnam. Before jointly forming BROSS & PARTNERS, he had founded and operated TOKALAW & Associates (2003), worked for Vision & Associates (2002), Invest Consult Group (2000) and Coca-Cola Vietnam (1999). He has rich experience in advising large overseas and domestic enterprises such as InnovGreen Corp., Vinashin Corp., Petro Vietnam Media, Eland Group, Samsung, Hyundai, etc. He has gained great success and was highly appreciated by clients for his advice on investment and landlease procedures for various projects in Thang Long - Noi Bai Industrial Zone, Lang–Hoa Lac high technological Zone, etc. In addition, he is the visiting lecturer of legal training courses for entrepreneurs and enterprises.

Mr. Pham Khai Hoan is a co-founder of BROSS & PARTNERS and head of the Legal Consulting Department of the Company. Before jointly forming BROSS & PARTNERS, he founded and operated VIETTHINK Consultants Company (2002-2007), worked as Chief of the Representative Office of Elegant Team Development (Hong Kong) (2004-2007) and worked for InvestPro & Associates (2000-2001). He has many years of experience in corporate consultancy, foreign and domestic investment projects, internal dispute resolution, preparing feasibility studies, project risk analysis, drafting and reviewing legal aspects of economic, commercial and civil contracts. He has gained great success in advising many foreign invested enterprises, corporations and large-scaled projects in Vietnam.

Hoang Van Dung, LL.M, Attorney at Law

Tran Quang Huy, Attorney at Law

Mr. Hoang Van Dung is a co-founder of BROSS & PARTNERS and head of the Litigation Department of the Company. He is a well-known lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the fields of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. Before jointly forming BROSS & PARTNERS, Mr. Dung was the founder and Chief of Hoang Dung & Associates Law Office, co-founder and Deputy Chief of Pham Hong Hai & Associates Law Office. He participated in criminal proceedings of several major and famous cases such as defending a Vice Minister and a General Director of a PMU relating to corruption accusations in a number of projects funded by the World Bank and ADB; and defending family members unjustly sentenced in the Vuon Dieu case in Binh Thuan province, the investigation against the accused then was abrogated due to insufficient evidence and they finally received compensation for nearly 10 years wrongful imprisonment under Resolution 388 of the National Assembly.Mr. Dung not only specializes in criminal cases, he also has many years of experience in defending clients’ legitimate rights and interests and representing organizations and individuals to settle business, labour, civil and administrative disputes.

  Mr. Tran Quang Huy is a co-founder of BROSS & PARTNERS and head of the Project Department of the Company. Before jointly forming BROSS & PARTNERS, Mr. Huy founded and operated Dai Cat Viet Consultant Company (2002), was co-founder and Legal Director of Vietnam Financial Investment Company (TigerInvest), worked for Concetti, InvestConsult Group, Coca-Cola Vietnam, and Unilever Vietnam. Mr.Huy has more than 10 years of experience in advising and practicing law in Vietnam. He has been involved in providing legal advices for many projects of non-governmental and international organizations such as Oxfarm, the World Bank and Plan. He directly advised Dragon Network, Zibo Binh Minh, CTV. Ingenierie Vietnam, Vietcom Resort, Hong Phuc Mart, ViNetworks. Le Quang Vinh, Attorney at Law Luong Van Trung, DGL, Attorney at Law

Mr. Le Quang Vinh is a co-founder of BROSS & PARTNERS and head of the Intellectual Property Department of the Company. Before jointly forming BROSS & PARTNERS, Mr. Vinh held key positions in the field of Intellectual Property in LEADCO – Vietnam Legal Counselors (2005-2008), Pham & Associates (2001-2005) and InvestConsult Group (1999 - 2001). He has intensive experience in advising and representing regional and international industrial and commercial groups on Intellectual Property related issues. His representative clients include Amway Coporation, Siam Cement Group, Best Denki, Ahmad Tea (Great Britain), NCS Corporation, Vinataba, PTSC, PVI, Halong Canfoco, Minh Phu Seafoods, Dau Tieng Rubber Company. Mr. Vinh successfully represented clients in claiming against approximately 100 decisions of Competent Government Agencies to refuse to grant trademark registration certificates. He has also successfully defended many Vietnamese enterprises against copyright, trade secret and software infringement allegations by US software producers.

Mr. Luong Van Trung is a partner and managing lawyer of BROSS & PARTNERS in Ho Chi Minh city office . Mr. Trung has over 11 years of experience in legal practice related to direct investment, securities and capital transactions, project financing, private equity, commercial and corporate matters, and 4 years of general and investment compliance. He started his legal career by joining two leading local law firms, where he earned a great deal of knowledge and experience in FDI projects, M&A, commercial practice and litigation. He later joined British American Tobacco (BAT) as an in-house counsel and then worked for Manulife Financial as legal counsel and compliance officer.Remarkably, he has been acting as the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Saigon Asset Management, who manages two funds listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange with total asset value of US$125 million investing in private equity, OTC and listed stock and real estate projects.

Before joining BROSS & PARTNERS, Mr. Rogers worked for a number of leading American firms namely O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Washington, D.C.; Arnold & Porter LLP, Washington, D.C.; PNC Bank/PNC Investments, Arlington, VA; Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., McLean, VA; and Smith, Barlow, Chambers & Challenger, LLC, Baltimore, MD. Having relocated to Vietnam from the United States a little over year ago, Mr. Rogers has since worked as a trainer and business consultant for some of the largest businesses and universities in Ho Chi Minh City. He is also a Business Law lecturer at Troy University’s STU campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
