Curricular Development Throughout my time at MSU, I have initiated a number of new courses to assure a viable photographic education for MSU students: Art 354 (Medium Format Photography), Art 355 (Large Format Photography), Art 358 (Studio Photography), Art 455 (Advanced Photography Seminar), Art 454 (Digital Photography II). These courses provide a balance of fine art and applied skills, assuring an awareness and command of technical, formal, and conceptual concerns. Within the 2014-05 time frame, I initiated the newest of these courses: Art 454.

The Photography Area is one of the largest fine arts areas in the Department of Art and Design at MSU and one of the largest and most comprehensive photo programs in the state, currently serving 35 majors and a total enrollment of 95-100 students each semester.

Additional: Instructor, Digital Photography Workshop at the University of the United Arab Emirates, 2009 Developed curricular recommendations for a fine arts program at the University of the United Arab Emirates, 2009 Visiting Artist, San Francisco Art Institute, 2006 Visiting Artist, The University of Mississippi, 2005
